My name is Mohammed, and I stayed at Comfort Park Inn Hotel for 10 days while I was in Chennai for treatment at Apollo Hospital. The hotel provided a calm, clean, and comfortable environment, which really helped me during my recovery. I want to especially thank Mr. Vadivel, the Manager, for his excellent support. He was always polite, caring, and attentive to my needs. His personal attention made my stay smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were well-maintained, and the location was ideal — peaceful yet close to the hospital and other essential places. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I stayed at Comfort Park Inn Hotel for 3 days and had an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, and Mr. Vadivel, the manager, is doing an outstanding job. He ensured all our needs were taken care of with great attention and hospitality. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Covered car parking is available, which was very convenient. The location is also a big plus, it's within walking distance of many vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants, making dining very easy. The hotel is close to two metro stations CMBT and Koyambedu and also near the Omni Bus Stand. Ola, Uber, and Rapido services are available 24/7, making transportation very convenient. The hospitality at the reception is excellent. The manager Mr.Vadivel makes sure that all our needs are met. We had a pleasant stay, with all basic amenities available. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is polite, approachable and hard working. It’s a safe place to stay. He is always available in reception, They provide 24 hrs check in and check out. Complementary breakfast was fresh and tasty. Lunch and dinner is available on request. We came for a 2 days stay, but extended it to 7 more days. The Warmth & Care by this Hotel provides homely comfort. The Hotel is located in a good area. Near Omni Bus Terminal, CMBT Metro, Koyambedu Metro are all in close proximity. I have stayed one day in this hotel. Room was excellent with reasonable price. I booked this hotel through google review in online. I’m fully satisfied compare to other hotels in Koyambedu. One thing have to improve is WiFi. Internet is not good in this hotel. Please be aware of autos don’t go with autos they will do fraud by showing hotels. Don’t believe autos they will cheat customers who don’t know Tamil especially coming from other states. In my opinion cab is 100% best to go anywhere in Chennai. ~ Anilkumar p

The room was super good with the ambiance and service which was provided. The place was very affordable and met a five star preference. The most needed was provided as soon as we needed . The cleanliness impressed me more than everything else. We as a family had a space to enjoy our family function. Excellent place for long stays (2-4 weeks) located just 12-15 mins away from Koyambedu Omni Bus Stand and CMBT and Koyambedu Metro, Private and Govt Outstand and Local Bustand. Vadivel the Manager ensures you have a safe, clean and comfortable stay and is always available on a call and ensures quick response to any requests. The service staff are friendly and does a very good job in cleaning and ensures you are comfortable. We booked a 1 room and stayed there for 2 weeks for Hospitalisation at Apollo Hospital . The room comes with an air conditioned bedroom with a nice King size bed with Smart TV. Bathrooms a Normal. Daily garbage cleaning day cleaning is done by them and they do a good job. Delicious Breakfast Complimentary and 2 Complimentary water Bottles are provided for drinking. Covered car park is available for your car. Just Walkable distance off the main road this place is located so there is no issue to get app based cab or auto (Ola, Uber, Rapido). Overall had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend for those looking for long stays and Short Stays. ~ Karthik K
